What’s New For 2016?

Everyone here at Angling Lines wishes all our customers a very happy New Year!  2015 was a great year with many of our venues providing incredible memories and success stories – we’re very proud to work with passionate and responsible lake owners whose sole aim is to do everything they can to make your holiday special.  We look forward to 2016, with many of you already booked on your favourites and some still to make their choices.

So what news do we have for 2016?  Well we’re excited to announce the arrival of several new venues;

Castle Lake Small – A stunning setting for this runs water with some big lumps to tempt you and food packages available. Ideal for small groups wanting a lake exclusive and sure to be as big a hit as it’s big sister Castle Lake.

Deux Iles – An 8 acre lake with beautiful carp, including linears and full scaled too, you’ll want your photo with these carp! There are 2 islands (you guessed it!), each island with a cabin containing all the basics – beds and electric etc. Great for 2 anglers to hire an island or 4/5 angler exclusive bookings. This really is one to watch!

Early Spring will bring the arrival of another very special venue – a lovely 5 acre lake with exclusive top quality accommodation and swimming pool.  We’ll launch this in early February and we feel very lucky to be able to add this to our family of venues. If you’re interested in finding out more before it features on the site then just give us a call on 01773 590077, we already have a few weeks held.

We will be saying goodbye to John London (Bletiere) this year – we all know John had a very tough year in 2015 & we wish him all the very best for his future retirement.  Bletiere is of course staying & we welcome the new owners, John & Karen, who we know have the determination and enthusiasm to build on John’s work.  We’ll update you with more details in the next few weeks but if you’re booked on already for 2016 and beyond you need not worry with John and Karen at the helm.

Sadly we will no longer take bookings for the Bigot waters, who are going their own way now. All our customers booked onto their lakes in 2016 and 2017 can be assured that all bookings are honoured and the terms and conditions remain unchanged.  We will ensure you have access to updates from the venues, and your protection in booking through us remains unchanged. It’s been a long partnership and we wish them all the best.

Tight lines for 2016, a very Happy New Year to you all.
