Your best tactics/bait/rigs: 8 to 10 inch long KD IQ rigs with 4 micro barb korda curve shank and wide gape. 20mm and 15mm Raja Spice boilies.
Slack line fishing voles to features on far bank and near bank plus open water near aerator.
